To all members of the PRRT&HS:

We, the Board of Directors are pleased to inform all members that as of 12/6/17 we have received over 1850 votes in favor of the Bylaw change. A majority vote of 1375 was needed to pass the change and we have surpassed that figure and more!

As president, I want to personally thank all of you who were willing to take the time to fill out the proxy vote and mail it in. I also want to thank a few of you who made a donation towards the costs of mailing these letters out to you.

We are still receiving proxies and will continue to do so up to 12/16/2017.

We are still required, as stated in the letter that you received with the proxy, to hold a “Special Members’ Meeting” on December 16th at the Bensalem Presbyterian Church 2826 Bristol Rd Bensalem, PA 19020. The purpose of the meeting will be to formally recognize the results of members’ vote on the Bylaw change. HOWEVER, NO OTHER BUSINESS will be discussed during this Special Members’ Meeting. If you choose to attend the meeting, you will be most welcome. There will be no refreshments of any kind and (sorry) we will not be singing carols.

I will be there at the start of the meeting at 10:30 to answer any questions that you may have about this Bylaw change. As a final note, your Board is considering a new procedure going forward to make it more convenient for members to submit proxies.
