???Folks,

Two things for your consideration:

1) Please expect an envelope in the mail from the PRRT&HS next week (the mailing is occurring Friday).  It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL that you open the mailing, fill out the proxy ballot and return the proxy in the paid return envelope.  This is NOT the annual meeting proxy.  The PRRT&HS is calling a special meeting to consider a single issue, revision of the bylaws for voting. This is a CRITICAL ISSUE. Without approval of the membership, the results of our annual meeting elections may not be legal! So please, look for the envelope, open it and read the material and return the proxy as soon as you get the mailing.  Don't set it aside for "later", since that train almost never returns to the station!

2) A PRRT&HS eNews EXTRA is attached to this email.  This will also be available on the web site.
